Kubi Client for Notes Features

Kubi Client allows team members to have immediate access to critical information.

Discussions - Post a message to the project's discussion board. Any team member can respond. Post a message to any discussion while sending an Email to others outside the project.
Documents - Post any document type (such as word-processing files, presentations and spreadsheets) to share with others.
Contacts - Share contacts related to any project. Publish personal contacts for use by team members. Contacts can be easily copied from personal contacts lists in Outlook or Notes.
Tasks - Create and manage task lists to track team deliverables.
Team Folder - Display names and status of invited project members per project.
Kubi Home Page - Access relevant information in one page, including recent project activity and Inbox. Quickly see if any of your Kubi Spaces have new or updated information.
Recent Activity view - A structured shared ‘project inbox,' providing a summary of current changes and new documents across projects, viewable by time or by project.
