Kubi Client Features
Kubi Client allows team members to have immediate access
to critical information.

Discussions
- Post a message to the project's discussion board. Any team member can
respond. Post a message to any discussion while sending an Email to others
outside the project.

Documents
- Post any document type (such as word-processing files, presentations and
spreadsheets) to share with others.

Calendars
- Schedule project events for team members, which automatically appear
consolidated in users' personal calendars.

Contacts
- Share contacts related to any project. Publish personal contacts for use by
team members. Contacts can be easily copied from personal contacts lists in
Outlook or Notes.

- Create and manage task lists to track team deliverables.

- View and edit project milestones.

- Display names and status of invited project members per project.

Kubi Home Page
- Access all relevant information in one page, including recent project
activity, inbox, tasks, and appointments. Quickly see if any of your Kubi
Spaces have new or updated information.

Project home pages
- Access important project information in one page. Each page has a
customizable layout to display the most important content for each project.

Recent Activity view - A structured shared ‘project inbox,' providing a
summary of current changes and new documents across projects, viewable by time
or by project.
