Julio Estrada

Founder and CEO, Kubi Software, Inc.

As Kubi Software's Chief Executive Officer, Julio Estrada leads the company's management team and defines its vision and long-term strategy. He is an acknowledged pioneer in the design of innovative, commercially successful application software. Before founding Kubi Software in July 2001, he spent ten years at Lotus Development Corporation, where - as chief architect of Lotus QuickPlace and Lotus Domino Web Server - he designed collaboration products used today by tens of millions of business people. He is the principal inventor of over a dozen highly significant patents in the area of Web-based collaboration.

Woody Benson

Principal, Lazard Technology Partners

As head of Lazard Technology Partners' Boston office, Woody Benson directs the venture capital group's early-stage investments in leading companies in the telecommunications infrastructure, Internet enablement, and software segments. Prior to joining Lazard Technology Partners, he held leadership roles for over 20 years in high-technology businesses specializing in computers, software, data communications, and telecommunications. He served as Chairman, President, and CEO of MCK Communications, Inc., and in 1999 was named "CEO of the Year" by the Massachusetts Telecom Council. Earlier, he held executive positions at Shiva Corporation and Lotus Development Corporation.

Deborah Besemer

President and CEO, BrassRing LLC

Deb Besemer is President and CEO of BrassRing LLC, the leader in eRecruiting and talent management innovation. Before assuming this position, she was president and chief executive officer of BrassRing Systems, which became the leader in the hiring management Application Service Provider (ASP) category. She has extensive experience in building and growing software companies, including more than a decade at Lotus Development, where she managed a business unit with more than $1.3 billion in revenues and more than 4000 employees. She is the Chairwoman of the Massachusetts Software and Internet Council.

John Landry

CEO, Adesso Systems, Inc.

John Landry has a 25-year track record of building great technology and great technology companies. A "serial CTO" at four major software companies - Lotus Development, Dun & Bradstreet, Cullinet, and McCormack & Dodge - he led the design and evangelizing of IBM's Internet/e-Business strategy between 1995 and 2000, as IBM's Vice President of Technology Strategy. Through his firm Lead Dog Ventures, he provides intellectual, relationship, and financial capital to entrepreneurial technology businesses. Most recently, he became Cofounder and Chairman of Adjoin Solutions, and Chairman, CEO, and CTO of Adesso Systems, Inc.

Mark I. Robinson

Director, Venture Investment Management Company LLC (VIMAC)

Mark Robinson leads investment activities in the Internet and IT/communications sectors at VIMAC, the Boston-based venture capital firm. He also provides ongoing support and management to VIMAC portfolio companies in the U.S. and Canada, including Kubi Software, Healthscribe, iMPath Networks, Signiant, Spectalis, and WaveSmith Networks, Inc. Prior to joining VIMAC, Mark held financial-management positions at Fidelity Management Trust Company, Leggat McCall Advisors, Inc., and Bank of Boston.
